Application Information

How to Apply

When applying please use the following program identification codes:

  • 3-Year Categorical Internal Medicine (NRMP #1290140CO)
  • 1- Year Preliminary Year (NRMP #1290140PO)

Once you have determined that you meet the programs criteria, you are ready to apply. Applications will only be accepted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) administered by the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC).The Eras Post Office will open on September 1, 2009. Please note that we are unable to accept telephone, paper, or email applications.

U.S. Medical School graduates

Please contact your medical school’s student affairs office or other designated dean’s office. Your dean’s office will provide you with the information and the software for ERAS. The ERAS Web Site can be located athttp://www.aamc.org/.

Canadian Medical school graduates

Please contact the Canadian Resident Matching Service, 151 Slater Street, Suite 802, Ottawa, Ontario, K1P-5H3 Canada, or call (613) 237-0075 for ERAS processing information.

International/Foreign Medical school graduates

Must contact the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) for application materials and eligibility requirement.
