Flexible Benefits
Program:.
During our
orientation program, you will be given a packet explaining the benefits
offered. You will be given benefit dollars to use to purchase a variety
of benefits including health, dental, short and long term disability
insurance and group term life insurance for yourself, your spouse and your
children.
Salary: Competitive in areas with similar
cost of living.
PGY1 - $47,061
PGY2 - $48,355
PGY3 - $49,699
Paid Time Off:
Three weeks
vacation plus an additional week for independent reading at the resident's
discretion.
Sick Time:
Accrues at the
rate of one day per month.
On-Call Meals:
Meal tickets are
provided for each on-call shift.
